Born in Tamil Nadu, he is the recipient of the Tamil Nadu State Academy Award. He showed with ‘Group 8’, New Delhi and has also participated in the exhibition of ‘Contemporary miniatures’ by Progressive Painters’ Association. He is renowned for his works ‘71 Prints’, ‘Art Trends’ and ‘Graphic `79’.
